Eye-Openers: Cyrus' hotel sold, Gourmet RIP and alligator tacos

Top stories this morning: The one-year anniversary of Gourmet’s death, a winery magnate has bought the hotel that houses Cyrus, that fast food toy ban is still in the news, restaurant gardens are officially trendy now, Ferran Adria does some dealing, and just for the hell of it, a Willie Brown zinger.
